5. ACCURACY OF EDUCATIONAL CONTENT & DISCLAIMER

6. USER COMMUNICATIONS (SMS, EMAIL & CALLS)

The Company may contact registered Users via SMS, email, WhatsApp, or telephone to provide class schedules, urgent notices, syllabus updates, exam results, and educational notifications. By registering an account, the User authorizes the Company to send these transactional and educational communications.

7. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION, SECURITY & PASSWORDS

In order to use the Services, you must register and maintain an active account with verified information (including full name, active mobile number, educational grade, and password). You are solely responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your credentials.

You agree to log out at the end of each session and immediately report any unauthorized access to our support desk. The Company will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your credentials due to your failure to safeguard your password. Access depends on external internet connectivity, and the Company does not warrant uninterrupted uptime during third-party ISP outages.

8. MINORS & PARENTAL CONSENT

Students under the age of 18 (eighteen) must access and register for the Website under the active consent and supervision of their parents or legal guardians. If a minor enrolls in any course, it is legally presumed that parental consent has been granted. If it is discovered that an account was created without parental authorization, the Company reserves the right to terminate the account.

9. FEES, CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Course fees are payable in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) exclusively via our authorized payment gateway partner, SSLCommerz (which supports all approved debit/credit cards, mobile banking, and internet banking channels).

All refund and cancellation requests are governed strictly by our official Return, Cancellation & Refund Policy. If a student requests a refund within 48 hours of purchase before commencing live classes or accessing digital resources, and the request meets our verification criteria, approved refunds will be credited within 7 to 10 working days (৭ থেকে ১০ কার্যদিবস) directly to the original payment channel.

10. THIRD-PARTY ADVERTISEMENTS & MERCHANT RESPONSIBILITY

Third-party advertisements are not allowed on this Website. If the merchant ever permits any third-party advertisement, it shall be the merchant's sole responsibility. If the merchant shares any customer information with any third party, it shall be the merchant's full responsibility to ensure customer data protection and compliance with applicable privacy laws.
