This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines when and how refunds or course transfers are granted.

WHAT IS A REFUND? (রিফান্ড কী?)

When a learner is unable to access a purchased course due to technical issues on the Website, or does not receive educational resources as promised in the course description, or mistakenly purchases a course instead of another course on Ashik's Creative Math, the user can submit a refund request which will undergo our administrative verification process.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND? (রিফান্ড আবেদনের নিয়ম)

If you have paid for an individual course or a course bundle, you must submit your refund request within 48 hours of your payment.

To request a refund, follow these steps:

Contact our official helpline at +880 1784 697168 or email us at support@ashikcreativemath.com stating the email address and phone number used during enrollment.
Provide your Payment Gateway Transaction ID (TrxID), course name, payment date, and screenshot/slip.
State clearly whether you are requesting an adjustment/course transfer or a monetary refund.

N.B. Refund requests are only considered valid if formally submitted within 48 hours of purchase with clear registration and transaction credentials. Refunds do not apply to downloadable digital formula sheets, e-notes, or recorded courses where classes have already been consumed.

WHEN WILL A REFUND BE APPLICABLE? (যেসব ক্ষেত্রে রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য)

In case of a wrong course purchase, or if the customer wishes to switch to another course, a transfer to the appropriate course can be arranged. If the price of the new course is higher, the user pays the additional difference; if lower, the surplus amount is refunded to the original payment method.
If Ashik's Creative Math fails to provide the curriculum resources or batch lectures as explicitly promised.
If a student mistakenly purchased a live interactive batch instead of a recorded course or vice versa, and reports it prior to the first class.
In case of accidental duplicate payment for the same course by the student.

WHEN WILL A REFUND NOT BE APPLICABLE? (যেসব ক্ষেত্রে রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য নয়)

In case you have submitted the complaint or refund request after 48 hours from the timestamp of payment;
In case you have already completed or earned your course completion certificate within the 48-hour period;
If after submitting a request, you continue to consume course materials, play lecture videos, take quizzes, or download protected worksheets;
If you complete or watch more than 5 paid video lessons before requesting a refund;
If you have purchased standalone e-books, downloadable lecture sheets, or PDF handnotes;
If you have enrolled in a live class batch and the first live lecture has already taken place;
Inability to attend lectures due to personal internet bandwidth issues, personal device limitations, or personal schedule conflicts.

WHEN YOU REQUEST A REFUND, WHAT HAPPENS? (রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়া ও সময়সীমা)

Once a refund request has been formally submitted, your access to the enrolled course will be temporarily locked while under verification. Our administrative desk will verify the request within 2 to 3 working days. If the refund is approved, you will be unenrolled from the course.

Refund Disbursement Timeline: In accordance with standard payment gateway compliances, the refund amount will be credited back directly via the SSLCommerz gateway to the original payment source (card, mobile banking, or bank account) within 7 to 10 working days (৭ থেকে ১০ কার্যদিবস) of approval.

Once the refund transaction has been processed, an email or SMS notification will be dispatched to your registered contact credentials.
